Professional Experience
Hello, I graduated from BS Hotel and Restaurant Management. I worked as an OFFICE STAFF (Accounting department) in a Hotel company in the Philippines for 3 years.
My objective is to increase my knowledge and improve my skills as I gain experiences. I am a very hardworking person and always willing to learn new things.
Though I am new to freelancing jobs like Virtual Assistant, I know that my experience as office staff will help me to do the tasks that will be given to me.
These are some of my job responsibilities when I worked as an office staff with my previous company:
- Payment Collection for Local and abroad based Online Travel Agencies.
- Checking payments of Everyday Arrivals and Departure.
- Doing weekly and monthly reports.
- Back-up/Encode all daily transactions.
- Monitoring excess payments of clients.
- Monitoring paid room allocation of travel agencies.
- Posting of payments in the Genesis System.
