As an intern at Communications Marketing I assisted the Communications Marketing Executive and supported the sales and marketing team with marketing activities, such as, mall displays, sponsorship, and promotions. Coordinated communications marketing activities and created original content, uploaded marketing materials, and managed social media profiles, such as Facebook and Instagram.

Provides excellent guest services, handles the set‐up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out, cashiering and foreign currency exchange at the Front Desk. Proactive in identifying and fulfilling customers’ needs to ensure comfortable and pleasant guest experiences and has an excellent command of Microsoft Office and Opera management platform.
