I am currently working as an Online English Teacher for kids and professionals.

Prior to that I worked as a Technical/Customer Support Analyst with Convergys Philippines, I handled sales account ( particularly with Sears ) wherein, I managed customer’s purchases, orders, accounts, returns and refunds, billing. I also send emails to customer regarding transaction. In addition, I also handled email and chat account ( Microsoft Skype ). I handled accounts and billing, giving them instructions ( technical, accounts, billing ) over the chat, and via email.
