Professional Experience
I've been with the BPO industry for 2 years as a customer and sales associate, most of the time we are handling phone calls but we are also trained to cater chat and/or emails depending on the demands of our client. I've worked for 2 companies already, 1st one was TELUS International Philippines, Inc. then after that CONVERGYS Philippines, Inc.
