Professional Experience
I've been a Virtual/Administrative Assistant for more than a year now.
Most of my tasks involve monitoring calendar of appointments
and emails; updating lead platforms and google sheets;
importing leads; pulling up calls; updating new email contacts and
phone numbers.
I was in charge of the payroll for the In-House Sales agents and all of the staff. I was responsible of monitoring their total working and dialing hours as well as their attendance and tardiness. I know how to use Excel and Google sheets/docs. I had about eight (8) years of experience in Sales and Marketing where I took charge of sales orders/bookings, invoicing, collection, remittances and submitting Sales and collection reports every week.
