Professional Experience
Hello. My name is Paula and I am a South African Citizen. I recently completed my 120-Hour TESOL course through ITTI International. Teaching has always been my passion and I am extremely eager to finally pursue the career I always dreamed of. I graduated High School and traveled to Madeira Portugal to study at the University of Madeira. I enrolled to study English as a first language, French and Portuguese with the aim to teaching. During my time at the university I tutored many students after hours from my home and found it very educational. My most recent place of employment for four and a half years also saw me training many new employees with tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. In 2015 my daughter was diagnosed with Epilepsy and for her to cope at school I assisted her, using a lot of visual aids, flashcards etc. I will be an asset to any company with my energy, punctuality, spontaneity and the desire to teach as well as to learn.
