I have been working in a BPO Companies for more than 5 years now. And my works include Collection Agent for HSBC-UK. We call customers to collect funds for their delinquent bank accounts and advised them of their outgoing direct debit bills and charges that will apply if there will be no funds available. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Telstra- Australia(Mobile/ Telephone Provider),specifically, sales agent call us to register and activate mobile plans for the customers.I also worked as an Executive Collection Agent for a Cargo Company, Its a Business to business collection where we contact our clients through phone or email. Reminding them of the payment that they need to settle. We also handle complains and dispute and investigate them so we can provide proper solution.
