Professional Experience
I have been working in the Business Outsourcing Industry for the past eleven years. I started as a customer service representative for a US based telecommunications company. After that I transferred to a Financial/Credit card collections company based in the US. I was promoted as a Team Supervisor for an online shopping membership account. Currently, I am a Quality Assurance Analyst for the same online shopping account based in the US.
