My background includes Customer Service Representative and Technical Support where my responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints and helped them with their technical issues, taken care of their billing issues and other concerns to their AMAZON account.

And as a Technical Head I am responsible for developing the installer network in the territory it includes identify, recruits and trains certified installers and to ensure the quality of the installation including dispatch plan for each team.
