I was working in the BPO industry for almost 3 years. This strengthens my communication skill with English language. I transferred from one account to another for me to discover new things and enhanced my knowledge. During my call center days, I worked with different line of business such as Sales, Technical, Customer Support, we were also trained on how to send personalized email to clients. With my personality, I am friendly, approachable and professional. My greatest achievement is when I become one of the top agent/ expert on our site which is very fulfilling.
