Professional Experience
I start off my career working as a customer advisor at ADM Value. That time i was in charge of handling calls and make any outbound calls. Moreover, i was also expected to follow up on customers file and make any update.
In 2019, i move to ABL Outsourcing. There i am in charge of handling inbound calls and also making some outbound calls. Not only that but one of my task is also responding to customers email and working in the backoffice as well.
