Helpdesk/Technical Support Engineer
I have 11 years of experience in technical support. My responsibilities include:
- Providing solutions to IT tickets related to the O365 web application, registering and buying domains, downloading and installing Office, and using the O365 feature set.
- Providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems and/or complex software.
- Responding to situations wherein the first-line product support fails to isolate or fix problems with malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Reporting design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design/software engineering.
- Involve in customer installation and training.
- Providing support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
