I worked as a customer service/technical support/broadband specialist at a telecommunications company for 5 years and a half. I can troubleshoot computers, mobile phones, and modems. I also handle billing concerns and process orders.

I have been handling email support and a team leader for over a year. In line with my experiences, knowledgeable with different kind of tools such as Zendesk, screen sharing programs like ScreenConnect and Teamviewer.
