Professional Experience
I have been working for almost 10 years now. I previously worked as a technical support/customer service representative for more than 7 years. During those years, I was exposed to different types of software applications that we use to assist our clients. I also worked briefly as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher for 6 months before being promoted to a team leader position now in an office based setup.
