I am an HR by profession. I provide the whole HR process and consultations for the company. I handle employee sourcing, orientation and training. I also provide employee consultation and coaching when it comes to their job description. My background in HR process is not only compose of being an HR but rather going to beyond client’s expectations when it comes customer service and providing a solution to every client and employee needs.
In addition to that is my expertise when it comes to marketing a product. I am well trained in customer service and satisfaction. I have a passion of understanding customer needs and converting it to sales.
