I worked in a BPO industry for a total of 6 years. Started as a Call Center Agent for a year and a half, then was promoted to work for Workforce Management which handles the Planning, Forecasting and the Bill to pay off a specific account such as Toshiba, Sprint, Adobe, etc. I also have experience working abroad in the Venetian Hotel Macao, which I worked as a Guest Relation Officer in Front Office (Rooms Division). I do social media marketing for our recruitment firm here in Manila, at the same time creating marketing content for us to be well known here in the Philippines. I do the screening of candidates, Skype interviews, and attending conferences in other countries. We attended conferences in Taiwan and London.
