Dr. Collins is a medical writer and is the founder of the M Exchange, a pilot project that has been hosting free medical camps and building schools for underprivileged children in Bangladesh since 2013. Dr. Collins is also serving as the appointed country director for Magical Light Foundation since 2016. He is also an Advisory Mentor to the Queens Young Leaders 2018 and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society. He served as the Vice President of the Doctors Chapter of Malaysian Medics International in 2018.

Coming from a mixed background, Collins has spent time volunteering in several countries across Asia including Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, working with natives and developing capacities from the ground up.
