Konnichiwa! My name is Caroline Sotto-Aro. I am ESL teacher and a virtual assistant. I am an honest worker which is one thing that I can be proud of. I have work for companies like Qualfon Phils, PDDS, Bibo Global Oppurtunities, Taiyo Yuden Phils and Upwork.com. I am an IT student and just recently took my NC 2 certification for Computer Systems Servicing. Being on different companies have made me acquire many skills which helps me work efficiently. I have work as a CSS/Technical support which caters calls from customers that needs technical assistance for their prepaid phone. I also worked as an ESL teacher and thought English to many students coming from an Non-English speaking countries. At present I am working as a Dental Insurance Verification Agent in which I gather and verify dental insurance of patients that are coming in for a dental check up, I check the eligibility and benefits of the patient through websites, fax back, email or through phone.
