Gian worked in the IT industry for the last 3 years as an application developer using COBOL. His main responsibilities included doing the end-to-end development i.e. coding and unit testing, conducting and participating in knowledge transfers, peer reviews, and other relevant quality tasks within the project. He also documents his test results according to project policy, and also occasionally does integration and pre-production testing. He also spent two months being the main quality checker for batch cycle issues i.e. identifying them and proposing code fixes for them.
