I have several years of experience in the BPO Industry. Worked as Customer Service Associate for Microsoft Xbox and AT&T customers in the USA. I have also worked as a Sales Representative for Medicare. Year 2016, I have worked as a Study Coach for Careers Australia. I have also worked as an ESL teacher for both Chinese and Japanese students. I am knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, Skype and different Internet browsers. I know basic photo editing, too. I am adaptive, committed, flexible and always willing to learn.
