I am a graduate from East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have studied Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology. Now, I am working as a "Medical Scribe" at "Augmedix" Bangladesh. As a "Medical Scribe", I create medical notes for the doctor remotely into the EHR from the Augmedix BD Scribe Center. I am also responsible for documenting the history of present illness, past medical and family history, review of systems, physical exam, diagnostic studies, and plan for the providers. I am also responsible for preparing charts and cards for the provider at the beginning of each day. As my job requires, I have good listening skills and multi-tasking ability. I am dedicated to perfection, hardworking, and working under deadline as part of a team.
