I'm Chynna Rose, 23 years old and a graduating student nurse here in the Philippines. For the past two years, I have been working while studying at the same time. I was once with ePerformax where I was able to work as a Csutomer Service Representative for eBay Australia for one year and a half. I belong to a special team where we handle occasional, regular and High Valued Sellers on their selling activities and their bills via email, chat and phone calls.I was one of the Top Performer as I do have great stats and perfect attendance.
The second job that I have was with Optum (formerly called United Health Group), it was a medical insurance account which we answer queries on the benefits that they have on their accounts. It was great experience as the job was related to the college that I'm with.
