I’m a very enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual who more than 7 years, has given a professional, efficient and high-quality customer service to various call center companies. I was trained at a large Call Center called Startek (T-Mobile, Time Warner Cable, and Spectrum) in Honduras for almost 6 Years. I was a Team Lead, Customer Service Supervisor and Quality Specialist. I have experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Wordpress, and Live Chat, and I’m eager to learn to use new tools. I’m a self-taught Graphic Designer, I have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Premiere and After Effects. I have a Bachelor Degree in Administrative Information. I’m currently going to university (Bachelor Degree in English).
