I have more than 6 years of customer service experience (including customer service, customer support, telephone handling, email handling, and chat support).

I've been working in a UK Call center for more than five years now, I started as a CS and left as a Campaign Manager, managing 2 teams a total of 70 Agent.

I can provide E-mail, Ticket and Chat support and will do everything I can to assist customers in a timely manner.

I also have three years of experience as a Business Developer, using Linkedin and affiliate networks.

I'm also professional in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google drive to save all my reports, sheets and history. I'm very friendly, well manured and helpful. I'm a quick learner and enthusiastic.
