I used to work in a call center as a customer service representative for 10 years and I've also experienced some specialty skills handling high risk calls. I've also experienced doing freelance transcription job for a few months as well as data entry, and data encoding. I've worked as an home-based on-line ESL teacher Liberty On-line School for Vietnamese students. Now, I'm still teaching on-line at home for Acadsoc, also a Chinese teaching platform.
