I'm currently full time employee of one of the BPO co here in Clark Pampanga, Philippines. 1 year this coming April and a year of experience in telecommunication company both as a customer service representative. I have to provide solution in every tasks,I worked in time and fulfill the tasks allotted to me. I am a good listener as well as good learner.I can hard work to achieve my targets in time. I am self confident,positive attitude and patience.
