I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) field since 2004. I have been in sales, technical support, and customer service. I have excellent customer service skills, office and project management, and a very good work ethic.

While employed under the BPO companies (call centers), I have gained Technical Support, Sales and Customer service skills, which was needed for the successful completion of daily objectives. I was also promoted to a mentor for other teams to assist them in their daily calls as well, while directly reporting to the Operations Manager.

As the co-owner of our transportation business, I had to handle calls from clients requesting our services, providing them with the best value for their budget and needs, and ensuring their safety and privacy.

I am very willing to undergo any training to enhance my skills further to able to provide the best support I could to any company that I would work for.
