Over the years my experience and work have allowed me to develop good customer service skills, specially, since this is my main area of expertise. I have worked for quite some time in this area and have developed several abilities. For example, as a live chat representative, I am able to type 70 words per minute without any template being required.

I have two native languages which are English and Spanish. I can easily adapt to new work environments and always deliver more than what is expected.

I am a great team worker and love to learn new things.
