I used to be a college instructor for six years specializing in Travel and Tourism. I love that profession because of the psychic rewards it gives. Aside from teaching, my duties also include tour planning and packaging, research and extension coordination, in-charge of our department's mini-library and administrative assistant to our school Dean.
I also worked as a Ticketing Agent for a domestic airline, this enhanced my customer skills when dealing with clients face-to-face. I was also employed as a Travel Consultant for Business Process Outsourcing companies that cater to international airlines. We are responsible for reservations, issuance and refunding of tickets. I also have an experienced in handling inbound calls from clients and outbound calls from airline representatives.
I am a person who is willing to commit myself to a job I am passionate about. I am dedicated and will enjoy working for an employer that is honest, reliable and has integrity.
