I've worked as an English teacher in Cloud English Training and Teaching Inc for a year. My roles were to provide verbal and written instructional feedback to students. In addition, I also need to closely monitor and evaluate student's progress from start to end. I always assure that students will learn while having fun in my class. I've also experienced online selling. I manage all inquiries, delivering, accounting and monitoring of products. I know how to use google suite, e-commerce websites (etsy, amazon, shopify and etc) and different messaging apps (zoom, glip, telegram and etc). I have a basic knowledge with Photoshop and Lightroom. I can do admin work like email management, booking appointments with clients, following up with clients/customers, calendar management, research, hotel and flight booking, manage and update social media accounts and participating in discussion forums or message boards.
