I have a good experience of working as Customer Service Assistant and Chief Personal Assistant in the US companies (remotely), Content manager and SEO assistant. I had been working as a personal chief assistant at US IT service company (locally and remotely). Also, have experience of a Customer Support Team Member for over 2 years now in the US company as well. and marketing specialist assistant (copywriting, proofreading, content managing).
I’m good with Microsoft Office Suite, with Google docs and tables, CRM, different applications for Customer Support Team, Content manager tools, familiar with some Google analytics tools, video editing, and animation. Also, I have experience in translation (English, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian conversational). Took part in preparing a project to Pre-Sale ICO, link building, posting, project promotion (blogs, forums. Platforms), etc. Learn quickly.
