I provide assistance to the organization's computer users through phone, email, or in-person visits. In addition I work under network and computer systems administrators. I provide specific information regarding the services, products or materials offered by a company. I answer phones, provide troubleshooting information, report and analyze customers' information and needs, issue billing details and open and close customer accounts
