I worked in an ESL company for five years.Two years as an English Teacher, one year as Senior teacher and two years as Supervisor. As an ESL teacher I was able to to teach clients from 3 years old to 60 years old. As a senior teacher and as a supervisor, I was given an opportunity to manage more than fifty people. Below are the tasks I did as a supervisor:
Train Teachers: I do module and train my teachers to be updated with the latest trend
Monitor Progress: I check the progress of my teachers basing on company's standard.
Coaching: I like sharing knowledge to my teachers. Helping them to achieve their goals I think is my main responsibility.
Help Creating Conducive Workplace: Influencing people's mindset is vital when you are working in a team.
Data Presentation-Every month, I present our progress and our areas of improvement to our clients.
