Over Twelve (12) years of cumulative and progressively responsible participation in Monitoring & Evaluation (Strategic Information) of HIV/AIDS treatment projects at IHVN-ACTION Supported Sites as well as the CHAN-CHARIS project, Serving as resource person or technical authority; Manager, Coordinator; Supervisor, participating in Multi-site activations, Design of data collection tools and Reporting systems using the current harmonized tools, Capacity Building/Supervision/Training of M&E Staff and other professionals at the Health facility at National and State levels, using electronic data entry at Points of Service (POS). Experienced in Establishing on Monitoring & Evaluation. Ability to demonstrate and perform extensive and thoughtful inquiry into a wide variety of M&E. . Solid skills in technical writing and policy formulation. Advance computer knowledge, automated database development for patient tracking with strong data & analysis skills.
