I am a driven and focused Project Manager who is more than able to deal with a frequently changing landscape. I am not only a strategic thinker who understands the big picture, but also someone who has the right mix of technical expertise in agriculture and personal skills needed to solve issues of food security, nutrition and livelihood of vulnerable and marginalized population of hard to reach areas of Nepal. In every organization I have ever worked for have always brought new energy, fresh ideas and a different way of thinking regarding agricultural development and livelihood enhancement of deprived population. One of my key strengths is my ability to study the lessons learned from prior projects and mainstream the most imperative sections to new ones.
