I am very friendly, hardworking and work well with people. I have been working in the customer service industry for over 8 years. I have worked for various call centers, doing different types of jobs such as technical support, live chat agent, email, data entry and transcribing. I have also worked and have 3 years of experience in the dropshipping business using various platforms such as Oberlo, Dropified, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Front App Intercome and Shopify.
I have experience in Social media posts, email marketing with Chimpmail. I know how to edit images using Photoshop. I know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint.

I speak, read and write both English and Spanish perfectly. Have worked in both languages. I am known mostly for being patient with those I work with and having great listening skills.

I am open to learning new tools at any time. I am very flexible with schedules.
