My name is Mirjalol Rakhmonov and I am a BSC Computer Science student at WSB University In Poland. I have worked as a IELTS Instructor in Uzbekistan for more than a year . Then , I moved to Poland to get bachelor degree . After coming to Poland , I worked in Zaher Kebab Restaurant as a helper of chief and gained experience in both Cooking and Communication with Customers . After , I was accepted to Trans Cosmos LTD company as a Reservation Customer Service agent.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries
Process travel reservations, cancellations and amendments
Efficiently answer and resolve customer queries
Organize special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility.
This job turning point point in my life . It is because I always came across trouble with professional communication skills. During my job in Trans Cosmos LTD I have learnt to deal with Customer Issues in Professional Communication style.
