I am a technical writer and content developer with more than 13+ years of relevant experience. I specialize in technical documentation, user manuals, online help using tools like robohelp, wordpress, joomla, MS office suite of tools, etc. I am also very good at defining technical and non-technical marketing content, social media content, product descriptions, white papers, case studies, educational content, editing, creating power point presentations, etc.
Having completed full time Masters in Computers and Management and an additional diploma in journalism and mass communication, I have the required skillset for content creation. I have many recommendations from superiors or reporting authorities of previous organizations where I have worked. Currently I am retained as a part-time consultant by couple of IT firms. I am open to freelance projects as well as full time career options if I am presented with the appropriate opportunities.
