I worked in a call center industry for more than 12 years.
I'm currently working as a Customer Associate for Bannerman, a company that provides security service using a platform based in California. My job role is to assist our clients to schedule a coverage for a specific day that they needed a security guards. I assist a guard to schedule a shift that fits their schedule. Answers query for both client and security officers.
Good communication and good customer service are the areas of my strength that I can contribute to the company. I must say that I acquired skills being able to multitask.
