Professional Experience
I was in the BPO industry for almost years, I handled mostly Sales account. The last was with a Canadian Telco company TELUS. My main job is the help company upsell their TV, Internet and home phone promotions. I was part of the top agents team for a series of months. I am currently employed as an Online English Tutor mostly for Japanese students, and this gives more knowledge about Japanese culture and traditions.
