Key qualifications:
• 16 years experience in the economic policy of Kyrgyzstan – in the area of economic policy, monetary, fiscal policies, coordination of macroeconomic policy, public finance reform, development planning, investment climate improving, monitoring and evaluation system.
• 10 years experience in National bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, policy development according to agreements’ articles with IMF.
• 5 years experience in supporting and consulting of public policy at high level (President’s Administration, Office of Prime Minister, Ministry of Economy).
• More than 9 years experience in development planning and aid programmes development, both as a consultant and as a government representative (National bank).
