I have been in Philippines 33 years. and i came here to established tour operator/travel agency. and we have a Tokyo office as well. after 3 years、our company get on the right track. after 10 years, i decided quit this company. because our source of income came from Japanese tourists. and i career changed to logistic Japanese company until now. those years i did trained/teach of local employees. such as Japanese culture, how to give a calling card how to great Japanese, increase their conscious everyday. I am Cebu Branch Manager i am in sales、also in charge of human resources.
