I have more than 10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. I started my career as Test engineer in a renowned US based offshore development firm and now, I am working as QA manager. I worked in various domains such as: Data & Information Management, Data & Information Security, Business Communication, Business Automation, and Enterprise Solutions. I have expertise in Process Oriented Software Testing (Agile or RUP) where I rely on an Open Process with continuous improvement in a custom manner based on product goals or customer needs. Along with Software Testing I have expertise in Test Automation (small to large scale), Test Management, Bug Management, Test Process Management and Test Resource & Environment Management. I am very enthusiastic, quick learner, flexible, passion driven, quality focused, team player. I am interested in R&D for new tools, techniques and technologies and to incorporate them in testing.
