I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Marketing at Saint Louis University Baguio City Philippines. I have 14 years of work experience in a call center industry and 2 years as a virtual assistant. My skills include inbound and outbound telephone sales and customer service, administrative, appointment setting and management skills. Through these skills, I believe that hard work, integrity and determination are keys to success. I am willing to learn and develop new skills that will help me succeed and grow professionally.
