Professional Experience
I work as Professor of Dairy Technology in Dairy Technology Department, Agricultural Research Center, Egypt. I published more than seventy-two papers about dairy science in many scientific journals in America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Also, I published many issues about foods in different magazines and newspapers in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar. I participated in Expert Consultation Meeting on the Status of the Cold Chain in the Food Sector in the Near East Region. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. Cairo, Egypt, 5-7 July 2011. I have served as a journal reviewer for numerous peer reviewed journals such as Journal of Dairy Science and International Journal of Dairy Technology.
I have extensive experience in reviewing, entering data and writing.
