After I graduated from my college, I started working as call center agent in one of the fast food restaurant in Indonesia. My experience as call center makes me aware about an etiquette to face any kind of actions and complaints from customer. After that I worked in contractor company. The job really makes my skill improve in many area, such as coordination skill, administration, document control, managerial, etc. And right now I'm working in our family business as Finance Manager while pioneering my own travel company.
