My name is Jailyn, I am a registered nurse by profession. I work in different fields and perform different roles, including: as an administrative support assistant in a BPO company for more than 2 years. My roles are to search insurance accounts (such as Bank of America, American Express) and documentation, typing, editing and proofreading documents. I also work as a staff nurse abroad for more than 2 years providing quality care for patients. In addition, I work as a call center agent for 4 months handling inbound and outbound calls wherein I am tasked to handle member of Blue Cross Blue Shield members concerns and at the same time to offer case management as part of their benefits. Currently I am working as an ESL teacher for more than a year, I am teaching English online with textbooks, doing corrections and conducting effective instructions during the class.
