I have over eighteen years of experience in education across Africa and the Middle East. I am a recognized leader in developing and implementing information and communications technology in education strategies, strengthening capacity of ministry leaders, creating regional platforms for cooperation and policy dialogue and enabling transformative partnerships across ecosystem actors.
I am proficient in education program development, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, partnership/relationship building, and establishing and implementing program strategies.
I hold a PhD in comparative area studies from Sophia University Tokyo, an MA in international relations from the International University of Japan and a B.Sc. in business administration from the American College of Greece. I am a native speaker of Arabic and speak English, French and Italian.
