I had worked as a Product Specialist in Sales for 3 years. What do I do as a Product Specialist; I sold a product in the market, I help to create an advertisement for marketing purposes and also I trained an employee how to make sales. After 3 yrs being a Product Specialist I change my career and work as a Customer Support in a Business Processing Outsource or (B.P.O) for nearly 8yrs.

I handled several International for an American account such as Well-care an American Government Health Insurance, American Express Credit Card, XBOX Gaming Consoles and lastly is with AT&T an American provider of cellular phones, home phones Internet and TV services and with this experience in B.P.O. I became a Subject Matter Employee and a Product Trainer I help employees how to engage in a call with an American customer, how to communicate with an American customer by using correct grammar, pronunciation and enhancing their coherence in order to handle different concerns with American customers.
