I am an experienced virtual assistant fulfilling data entry, email chat and text management, calendar management, lead generation, internet research, social media marketing, graphic designing and content planning. The tools i used are Zendesk and Zoho CRM for email chat and text management, WooCommerce(Ecommerce) for data entry and order filling, Google Calendar, Excel Spreadsheet, Lindkedin, Twitter, Instagram, & Facebook, Snov.io and Email Finder for Lead Generation Canva and Adobe Photoshop for graphic designing. Prior to working at home, I was a customer service representative for two comapnies, UNIQLO USA and AT&T, since 2016 assisting multinational customers.
